- ”Visitor” means a person, other than a Registered User, who accesses that portion of the Website that is accessible without entering a username and password;
- “Registered User” means a person who has registered on behalf of his or her self and the company that he or she represents in order to access and use content provided to Registered Users via the Website;

2. What information do we collect and how do we use it?
A. Registration Information. D. Login Identification/Passwords. To access certain areas of our Website, Hunt Valve may require you to provide us with a login identification and a password, which we will use to verify your identity and for our internal use in maintaining your Registered User account.
E. Other Information. As a Visitor or Registered User, you may choose to send us a question via e-mail. We will use this information to communicate with you and to enhance the Website to better meet your needs.
F. Aggregate Data. In addition to any other uses described in this Policy, you agree that we may extract and use information from your Registration Information for the purpose of creating Aggregate Data (as defined below). “Aggregate Data” means: a set of Registration Information comprised of any number of Registered Users in an aggregated form only, that does not specifically identify any individual Registered Users and that is not intended to disclose any information that is personally identifiable to an individual Registered User. 3. Does Hunt Valve share your Registration Information?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share Registration Information only with third-party vendors that we work with and as described below:

Agents and service providers: We engage other entities and individuals to assist us with providing the Website, which may include by way of example and not limitation (i) the collection, storage, processing and management of your Registration Information; and (ii) the correction of technical problems with the Website. These entities and individuals will only have access to your Registration Information to the extent necessary to perform their obligations to us.

We have taken precautions to protect the Website data and information under our control from misuse, loss, or alteration. Unfortunately, no system can ensure complete security and we encourage you to take steps to protect your information and transmissions. 10. Privacy Provisions for Individuals Located in Europe
A. EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”): While Hunt Valve does not operate within the European Economic Area (“EEA”), we may, under some circumstances collect data from individuals located in the EEA. Personal information that may be collected by us from a Data Subject in the EEA may include:

Additionally, information that we collect may be transferred outside of the EEA, including to countries, such as the United States, which have not been deemed as having “adequate” security measures by the European Commission.
B. Lawful grounds to process and obtain consent: Data subjects whose personal information is collected in the EEA may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the lawful basis for processing his/her information. Should a data subject withdraw consent for processing or otherwise object to processing that impedes Hunt Valve’s ability to comply with applicable regulations, a data subject may be unable to avail him/herself of the services that Hunt Valve provides.

D. Automated decision-making: Hunt Valve does not intentionally or knowingly engage in automated decision-making of any kind.
E. Non-disclosure of information: Hunt Valve does not share any personal information with any nonaffiliated third parties, except in the following circumstances:
- as necessary to provide the service that the customer has requested or authorized, or to maintain and service the customer’s account;

Hunt Valve personnel are prohibited, either during or after termination of their employment, from disclosing personal information to any person or entity outside Hunt Valve, including family members, except under the circumstances described above.
